What we are looking for
Young people with problems worth taking seriously. We are not looking for finished solutions or polished pitches. We are looking for a clear problem, an understanding of who it affects, and the willingness to investigate it properly.
What happens in the Lab
Selected participants join a full cycle: defining the problem, researching what already exists, designing a response, building a prototype or intervention, and testing it with real users. Facilitators guide the process, and specialist partners are brought in when a team needs technical validation.
Where technology is genuinely the simplest reliable option, we help teams build it. Where it is not, we help them design a process, service or campaign instead.
Who it is for
Young people with ideas, community members who know a problem well, and small teams already working on something that needs sharpening. Individual applicants are welcome.
How to apply
Describe the problem you want to work on, who it affects, and what you have already noticed or tried. Send it through the contact page with the subject line “Innovation Lab idea”. We respond to every submission.
